Cottesloe is Kid and Family Friendly

There are parks and picnic areas scattered all throughout the Cottesloe area. If you are travelling with family or wish to have a barbeque with friends, knowing where the nearest parks in are can be a great help. Here is a list of parks to help you get familiar with Cottesloe.  

  1. Cottesloe Beach Playground-  situated right next to the beach on Marine Parade, the park will provide you with hours of free entertainment. There are public toilets, picnic tables and an adventure playground, which means that you’ll be set for the day.

    The family photos will be spectacular as the playground is in such a scenic location. 2.       

  2. Cottesloe Civic Centre Playground-  located on Broome Street, has it allBoth adults and children will be entertained. At this park, there is a barbeque area, toilets, picnic tables, drink fountains, parking and shade sails. As this park is a part the Cottesloe Civic Centre, there is even more to explore. The Cottesloe Civic Centreis a great place to take a book and chill out on the lawn, catch up with a friend with a coffee or bring the family down for an evening picnic. With fantastic views out to the Indian Ocean, the Civic Centre allows for great recreational facilities.

Other parks in the area include; Cottesloe Oval playground on Broome Street, Cottesloe Playground on Railway Street, Grant St Playground and Grant Marine Park on Grant Street.
