Is there linen provided at the property and is this free of charge?

Yes, we do provide you with all the linen you will need for your stay, this includes bed linen, bath linen, beach towels & tea towels. If you are staying for an extended period, we will ensure that you have extra linen dropped to you during your stay to use as you require it.

What cooking utensils are supplied?

Our property management team ensure that each property is equipped with all the basic kitchen equipment you will need to make your stay comfortable. For an exact number of items or if you need to know about a specific item please contact one of our friendly staff & they can assist with your query.

How do I need to leave the property on departure, do I need to arrange cleaners?

You don’t need to organise cleaners, our team will take care of this. We ask that you leave the property in a similar condition to check in, ensuring that rubbish is removed & the dishwasher has been stacked. Our cleaning team will take care of laundering the linen & cleaning the property.

How do I get my keys for check in?

Once you have booked with us our team will confirm how to access the property.

I am arriving afterhours, how do I get my keys?

Once you have booked with us our staff will advise you how to collect keys afterhours.

I am travelling with my dog, do you have any properties that are pet friendly?

Yes we do have properties that are pet friendly, please select advanced search on our website to find these or contact our office direct & we will assist you.

Where do I leave my keys on departure?

Once you have booked with us our team will confirm where to leave keys on departure.

If I am staying at a property with a pool, do I have to clean the pool?

Each property has its own pool technician who will attend regularly to clean the pool, no need for you to clean the pool!

Is the pool heated?

What amenities do you supply?

Each property has a starter pack of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser & soap.

What else is supplied in the property?

Each property has a starter pack of basic household items including dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder (if applicable), sponges, laundry powder, toilet paper, bin liners, glad wrap & aluminium foil.

Do I need to hire a car?

Most of our properties are relatively close to public transport however please discuss this further with one of our team members.

Do I need to place the rubbish bins on the verge during my stay?

Our team will take care of this.

Where is the closest shopping centre including a bottle shop?

This depends on the property you are staying at, we can provide you with a map to show you this information – please contact one of our friendly team members to assist you with this.

When is the property cleaned during my stay?

Each property is self-contained, our cleaners will only attend to clean on the day of your departure. If you require cleaning during your stay, please contact our office as this can be arranged for additional charges.

Does the property have WIFI?

Yes, all of our properties have Free WIFI (internet connection).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are to be in writing and will incur charges as per the following schedule:

  • Cancellations +120 days prior to occupancy:               Fee 10% of full amount
  • Cancellations 45-120 days prior to occupancy:           Fee 20% of full amount
  • Cancellations 45-30 days prior to occupancy:             Fee 40% of full amount
  • Cancellations 30-15 days prior to occupancy:             Fee 75% of full amount
  • Cancellations 15-0 days prior to occupancy:               Fee 100% of full amount

No refund will be given once a property is occupied without agreement from CBHS management and the Property Owner.

What can I do if my internet Wifi is not working?

Please check in the compendium the location of the modem. Switch the modem off and unplug it. Wait 30 seconds then plug it in again. Try to reconnect to the internet. If the internet is still not working please contact our office for assistance.

What can I do if my washing machine is not working?

Please make sure that the switch on the wall is turned on.

Try to plug the washing machine on another power point.

If the washing machine is still not working, please contact our office for assistance.

What can I do if any appliance is not working?

Please make sure that the switch on the wall is turned on.

Try to plug the appliance on another power point.

Press the power button on the appliance to turn this on.

If the appliance is still not working, please contact our office for assistance.

What can I do if the power goes off?

Turn off the power point of the last appliance that you used.

Please check in the compendium the location of the fuse box.

Locate the fuse box & flip the switch that is turned off.

What are the late check out options?

We can offer the following late check-out options (subject to availability) :

  • 10am – 12pm     Complimentary
  • 12pm – 5pm       $75
  • 5pm onwards    One nights accommodation
