Cottesloe Beach House Stays is an accredited Australian tourism business, providing short term accommodation since 2005. We offer a range of accommodation from luxury, executive houses to comfortable family stays in smaller villas and apartments; all in beautiful beachside and riverside locations throughout Cottesloe and Perth. Appliances & linen are supplied with our houses and apartments.

Our coastal properties are close to beautiful beaches and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearby train will take you to the charming city of Fremantle, the boutiques of Claremont and the sights of Perth City. Our riverside properties have stunning views of the Swan River and Perth city skyline; convenient to local cafes and Perth.

Allison Manners
Managing Director

Allison is the founder and managing director of Cottesloe Beach House Stays, specialising in short term residential rental for the corporate and leisure market.

Allison has been actively involved in the short term rental industry for over 12 years & was a Director on the national Holiday Rental Industry Association (HRIA) Board for over 4 years, both as Chair and Vice Chair of the Association.

Allison sits on the Short Term Residential Accommodation National Regulatory Taskforce which aims to form a national framework for uniformity on industry regulation across Australia.

Ajay Johnson
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Ajay's focus on exceptional guest experiences ensures our guests are offered the most suitable property to fit their exact needs.

With her marketing and communications expertise, Ajay leads the marketing direction of CBHS and maintains positive working relationships with local businesses and tourism partners such as Experience Perth and Tourism WA.

 

 

Nicole Rutherford
Property Manager

Nicole is a qualified Property Manager with over 9 years experience in the Property Management industry. 

Nicole is responsible for managing the excellent presentation and maintenance of our properties and nurturing exceptional owner/guest relationships.

Jen Chivers
Office & Accommodation Manager

Jen has just recently joined the CBHS team as our Office & Accommodation Manager.
